Today’s been sucky. I spent well over an hour looking for something arousing, exciting—any kind of porn to turn me on. Results: zip. They’re almost all remakes of the first dirty movie I ever watched. I know this nothing-satisfies-me mood will pass…for a while. I have to wonder, though, how do I find the right kind of porn without knowing what I’m looking for?
Maybe we have our very own filter like the recently announced “Great Aussie Firewall”. More likely, it’s Google and other sex/porn/erotica guides serving up tiresome smut that appeals to the masses, rather than the erotically-inclined (and incredibly jaded) cognoscente. So many things are censored, inappropriate, in violation of the TOS, there are very few places to search for (not to mention find) quality sex blogs and sites that are a little…offbeat. Quirky. Specifically tailored to my fussy needs. You know, the good stuff. (I suppose I’m not really counting Jane’s Guide on my blah-list. There are some interesting finds on there from time to time.)
So, moving on to erotica for the nonce.
